Party Package

Host an unforgettable party at Playroom Café Social, were fun meets convenience! Our party packages offer a stress-free, memorable experience for kids and parents alike.

10 kids + 20 adults $450
Additional child/ Additional adult $29
Final guest count and food order is due the week of the party

We are open to the public during parties!

Saturday and Sunday Party Times

10 am–12 pm | 1 pm–3 pm | 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Your Party Package Includes:

Admission and grip socks for each child
Designated party space for 2 hours
Cheese pizzas, organic juice boxes, iced water, and iced tea (One 16″ pizza per 5 every 5 children)
Colorful tableware for kids and adults
30 minutes setup time and 15 minutes cleanup time
Dedicated party host for setup, assistance, and cleanup

Personalize Your Party: Bring your own cake, cookies, helium balloons, goodie bags, and themed tableware (no outside catering, please).

Important Details:

Grip socks required for kids; regular socks for adults
$150 non-refundable deposit required at booking
Final guest count and food orders due the Monday before your event
Playground suitable for children up to 12 years old or 58” tall
No piñatas, balloon garlands, or wall hangings allowed
Additional party time available with advance notice and upon availbility

Food Add-Ons: Choose from a variety of pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and more, with final selections due one week before your event.

Booking & Payments:

Booking only up to December 2025 at this time
10% gratuity added to all party bill and 20% to parties over 50 total guests
Balance due on the day of your event
You party host will call the week of the party to confirm final details

Large group parties over 50 people total kids and adults cannot be accommodated from October-May

Custom Décor

Custom décor is a separate service and available upon request. Minimum of 4 weeks notice required. Booking a party with us, does not guarantee decor services.
